Frosinone at NAPOLI
Following mini meltdown of Juventus (1-1 tie) against Genoa, Napoli could take full opportunity for outright division lead, should they beat Frosinone.
Had Juventus won (which they should have), Napoli would have approached this game with a disciplined and defensive game plan; yes, they are proving to be the masters of 1-nil wins. The Juventus draw, believe it or not, will have adverse effects. Knowing that they are not required to "chase" the three points for the win, will no doubt loosen Napoli's game plan. Playing at home, with a revived crowd reminiscent
of the Maradona days, I doubt Napoli will lose this game. Nonetheless,
I feel that they are primed for a let-down...especially on defense. If they
win, I would not mind if they did it by coming from being down 1-nil...
The play: Napoli OVER 2 and 2.5 +105 (8 units)

(saturday, Dec 2nd)
Atalanta at ROMA
Now here's another weird one. At l'Olimpico, Roma capable of scoring at
will. Here's the problem for Spalletti: what line-up to field for this game, knowing that a dangerous and disturbed animal like Valencia is coming to
town on the 5th (a game which they pretty much have to win!). I say he
compromises. Don't think I will see more than 30 minutes from Totti and De Rossi, surrounding cast will have to pick up the pace. What I would like to
see: Roma scores to take the lead....and...hopefully...that's all. You have got to have some serious bullocks to go against Roma at L'Olimpico, but what the hell...nothing makes sense in Serie A no more. Joking aside, IMO,
I feel that this Roma team will no lose any more games by the time it reaches the Christmas break (so let it be written, so let it be told)
The plays:
Atalanta +1.5 -125 (5 units)
Atalanta UNDER 2.5 and 3 +105 (4 units)
..yes, I am dreaming for ROMA 1 Atalanta 0

(sunday, Dec. 3rd)
Palermo at PARMA
If those bastard cheese makers can go to Lens and pull of a come from behind victory, they can make me very happy with a repeat performance
against Palermo at home. If you follow Serie A, you owe it to yourself and
admit that Palermo has been one of the luckiest squad in the first half. Don't get me wrong, I like this team. Very exciting to watch, with a potent
offensive front. Nonetheless, the pedulum has begun to swing the other way...the lucky breaks are beginning to manifest themselves on the opponent side. This game beckons the selection of Palermo. Sorry, I am
heading the other way.
The play: Parma +0.5 -117 (ouch! 6.5 units)
and what is wrong with a 1-1 tie?

AC MILAN at CAGLIARI
This one should be a blood bath...As long as they score, I dont care!
And if MIlan comes out on top, I will not mind it either!
The plays:
CAGLIARI OVER 2 and 2.5 +114 (4 units)
AC Milan -0.5 -115 (4 units)

Empoli at TORINO
Don't ask me why, but I see these two playing to a "unexpected" 2-2
tie.
The play: Empoli OVER 2 -102 (5.5 units)

Best of luck to all, and may the MOJO start swinging the other way.

thx for plays. i just looked myself over the seria A and came up with some other plays and with some of the same games. would like to hear your opinion as i ve not finally decided.

Parma- Palermo over 2.5 (from your write up i like the total as well)

Florenz- Lazio: over 2.5 (Both playing high scoring games lately. able to score and not able to shut down others)

Livorno - Chievo: Livorno -0.5 (think they are better, especially with home advant.)

Torino- Empoli under 2 (looks obvious, but will probably stay away after your "over feeling")

Udinese- Reggina under 2,2.5 ( i dont understand why the total is not at 2)

Was not considering your Milan play, but i# ll think about it. What are you reason to think it s going over, as Milan seems to have problems scoring?

Bad game by both sides, especially Napoli who are lucky to walk away
with the tie....cheers.

Two non existant penalty kicks given to Roma...therefore 2-1 victory. Not sure the mental state of this team (Roma), heading into showdown with Valencia on the 5th....Hmmm, now under 2.5 for that contest looks mighty
fine...we'll see....more to come...was not impresses with the "giallorossi" today.

Final: Parma 0 Palermo (welcome back to reality) 0 (+6.5 units) - The little birdie in me head was tellim that this was the best play of the day...should
have listened.

The play: Empoli OVER 2 -102 (5.5 units)
Final: Toro 1 Empoli 0 (-5.61 units) Don't ask me why I did this, but I will do it again. Torino ? can you possibly, ever, perhaps ever win 2-nil?

Sat/sun total: -0.15 units

Best of luck to all, and may the MOJO start swinging the other way.

Mr.Chriscol, pardon my unavailability to provide answers to your questions.
If I was in the forum at the time of your questioning, all I would have suggested would be the following:
Take a stab on Parma...The rest? - Serie A usually returns to normality
after the Christmas break. For now, it is a pot-pourri of traps...best to
take it easy.

Nonetheless, Palermo / Roma is already marked on the calendar.

Cheers and good luck,

MA

Sup mad ?
Thank you for your in depth analysis, as usual, however, i really do not understand how can u still think Torino can win a match, or even score...
Not even on their BIG DAY as it was Sunday...Torino just sucks. They love to feel miserable as a team, period, (it's historical)and have a pathetic choice of management.
The true heart of Torino , the positive, dynamic and bright side of soccer in this city is still and always will be Juventus, no matter how bad they tried to stop it, Juventus is THE CLUB. Wait till next year and even if they don't have all the Champions of last season anymore, Juve will still be ahead of everybody else. BORN TO BE CHAMPIONS.

Agreed,

Torino sucks. You have got to be pretty "mad" to include this team in any of your selections...especially on the o/u. Sunday was their only opportunity to shine...and they failed miserably, despite that late second
half goal.

Cheers,

and "Forza Roma"
